Hard to believe but it is January 15th and time to choose the next verse to memorize. I had a little trouble getting started this month. I found I had to work harder than I have before at memorizing. Once I got in the groove it went easier.
For my next verse this month, I am choosing Psalm 103:1-5- Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being; praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits- who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.
If you are memorizing a 2nd verse this month- what are you memorizing? How are your spiritual goals going? Successes? Disappointments? Don't give up if you have slacked off, get back on. Today is a new day with new mercies!!
