Jackson was chosen by his 6th grade teachers to be inducted in to the National Junior Honor Society. They based the selection on grades, test scores, attitude and overall behavior.
Last week was the induction ceremony at our school and he was one of sixteen inducted.
It was a very nice ceremony. Mrs. Freese is one of the sponsoring teachers as well as his social studies teacher this year
.
Mrs. Milligan is another sponsoring teacher. She teaches 8th grade math.
Mr. Smits is the main sponsoring teacher. He is Jackson's math teacher this year.
Mr. Holloway (Jackson's 4th grade teacher and Ainsley's 3rd & 4th grade teacher) was quick to take ownership of Jackson's accomplishment! He was quite proud of the group as quite a few of the inductees had been in his class. Mr. Holloway is one of those teachers who has teaching in his blood! Definitely a Master Teacher!
Jackson is a great kid and we couldn't be prouder of him! Thank you God for blessing us with him!
